Props like blocks, supporting and straps can be used to help you get the most benefit from the poses. Yoga wellness instructor Certificated by Yoga Certification Board (level 2 – 400 Hours TTC) and other International TTC’s of 400 hours. Certifications include various styles of Yoga practices like YIN Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Facial Yoga and Pranayama & Meditation.
